Our Story
Discover Health Group was founded in March 2024 by Gregory Moulton, who envisioned a treatment center where individuals struggling with substance use disorders could find comprehensive, compassionate care. Inspired by his own journey through recovery, Gregory established Discover Health Group to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for those seeking to overcome addiction. Located in Nashua, New Hampshire, our facility is dedicated to helping clients discover their true potential and achieve lasting recovery through a holistic and personalized approach.

Our Facility
Our state-of-the-art facility in Nashua, New Hampshire, is designed to create a welcoming and therapeutic environment. Key amenities include a meditation room, serenity room, group rooms, and a game room, offering various spaces for treatment and relaxation. Located just one minute off Route 3, our facility is easily accessible and situated in a vibrant area with numerous local amenities.
Our Addiction Treatment Programs
Discover Health Group offers a variety of treatment programs designed to meet the specific needs of our clients:
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
- Schedule: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Description: A day treatment program providing intensive therapy and support, ideal for individuals who need structured care but do not require 24-hour supervision.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Day Schedule: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
- Afternoon Schedule: 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM
- Evening Schedule: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Days: Wednesday and Thursday
- Description: A flexible program that allows clients to receive treatment while maintaining their daily responsibilities, including therapy sessions and group activities.
Outpatient Program (OP)
- Schedule: Once a week (specific time TBD with clinician)
- Description: Includes individual therapy and one group session per week, suitable for those who require ongoing support with less intensive treatment.
Alumni Program
- Description: Provides ongoing support and engagement for graduates of the program, helping them stay connected to the recovery community and maintain their sobriety.
Telehealth Program
- Description: All levels of care can be accessed through virtual programs, allowing clients to participate in treatment from the comfort of their homes. A hybrid option is also available, combining in-person and virtual sessions to fit clients’ schedules and lifestyles.
